Denville Designs produced their first furniture package in 1991 to help the young couples who had just purchased their first home from the reclaimed land, it was to help them furnish their homes as a stepping stone to when having recovered from all the new obligations of morgages, endowment policies, home insurances and all the other expenses of buying a new home, they could then go onto start buying more expensive quality items.

This concept was so popular that the "Denville Designs " Furniture package was used to a great extent to furnish apartments that were bought for investment rental purposes. Denville Designs then introduced the package to Spain in 1996 and went on to furnish hundreds of homes for the second home purchaser, people who wanted to buy a second home in the sun, but did not have the time or language skills to go from shop to shop to equip a new home.

The cost of these Furniture Packages is designed to suit the client, they all basically include the same itinerary, but the quality of the goods is reflected in the price. Adaptable to suit the investor who just wants to furnish the property to a good standard, but is watching the finances as this is an investment to the couple who have bought the home of their dreams and want it furnished exquisitely.
