The delivery of goods is dependent on the delivery schedule of the manufacturer, each manufacturer has a different delivery schedule , and is dependent on a courier picking up from them and delivering it to our shippers or agent. The time scale then depends on the shippers putting the Company’s order on the next available shipment and finally id dependent on Bank Holidays and customs and boarder conditions. The Company cannot be liable for any delays in transportation.
Included in the Company’s quote is transportation of the goods (mainly furniture) to the Customer’s choice of residence. The Company is not liable if for some reason the furniture cannot be delivered . because there is not the access to the premises( ie doors and stairwells and lifts). or there is insufficient room to accommodate the furniture . Extra charges may be made to the Customer if the premises is very difficult to access (i.e. above 6 flights of stairs) The Customer is responsible for insuring the access and measuring that ordered items will fit. The Company is happy to help the Customer with this problem.
